Calling features

Hi

Can you confirm whether calling features are free with a purple zone line?

Information taken from https://www.virginmedia.com/help/digital-voice-switchover suggests the features are free: 

To set them up, simply call us on 150 from a Virgin Media home phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.

Already have these features? Their settings will reset when the switch happens, so you’ll need to set them up again. Don’t worry if you currently pay for any of them – the cost will be removed from your account when you switch. Unfortunately, Ring Back When Free will no longer be available.

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. Are you looking into any feature in particular as some features are chargeable and some aren't this would be the same across all regions. If you have a particular feature in mind I can check into that for you.

      I was looking primarily at Call Waiting. The link I posted seems to state that all features are free once you're on the purple zone phone line.

        Call waiting is £2.25 per month. Please note Voicemail and Call Waiting cannot be used on the same phone line.
