Virgin Media Pods - Hub 5x

Question

Recently had 1Gig VM broadband installed at my home. I've been trying to order the wifi boosters/pods as I know my package comes with up to 3 included if there are dead zones or speeds of less &lt; 30mbps. I've used the app to scan some areas around my house and getting less than &lt;30mbps speeds. I'm not seeing options to order the wifi pods through the app despite me doing the speed tests? Is anyone able to help with this at all? Getting through to anyone on the phone lines is near enough improssible as well.

I think VM should give up on pods they cause problem for some devices.

You may wish to get your own wifi router and double NAT due to no modem mode on that hub and connect everything to it.

Not sure how this is done tbh. Are only VM pods/boosters compatible with the Hub 5x router or would any suffice, if I was to buy my own?

You can buy your own router and you likely will not need pods/boosters.
