Dropped Packets
Since 6pm yesterday, my internet has been dropping packets according to the BQM. Also the upload speed is fluctuating and unreliable.

Your downstream power levels are all on the high side - with some channels outside the recommended range of -6 to +10dBmV.
This needs a VM tech to investigate - call it in as a fault
downstream power levels are fine the problem as shown on StarTrinity CST is upstream noise
Latest update is that I received a text message saying that the fault outage issued had now been fixed. However, I still have no internet (since just after noon):
