Returning kit email querying address
hi there
I've left virgin, received return packaging at new address, returned it on Saturday. yodel tracking says on its way.
But virgin have resent the email asking where packaging should be sent, today. do they keep doing this until it's marked returned on their system? I've responded to the email with the yodel tracking info, explaining all this. But they never seem to respond (EquipmentReturns@virginmedia.co.uk)
