Sorry to hear of the confusion caused by the second set of returns packaging being sent, as you have mentioned the messages and emails are automated as well as the returns packaging. Once equipment is received it is then checked before the account is updated, if the automated response timeframes are triggered prior to this even though the equipment may be with us it can trigger a resend.
When did Yodel advise it was received at our warehouse?
ok thanks, Virgin themselves confirmed via email it made the warehouse on Friday 2nd August, so if I do recieve more returns packaging I'll just recycle it.

You're lucky, the twice I've sent kit back to VM, I never received any returns packing, despite emails saying it was being delivered. Just as well I've always kept the original delivery packaging !
