I'm trying to pay off the remaining balance for my device so I can upgrade after the switch to O2. I have my credit agreement number, security key and I know my balance but none of the links work and the number given just sends me to O2 where they tell me that I don't have a remaining balance to pay, which I know is incorrect.
Please help.

I dont know if you got this sorted, but after months i finally found who to contact and at last got answers about my agreement you call.. virgin media mobile finance ltd, just keep waiting past the press button stuff and eventually you get a person who puts you through to finance loans,
