Removing duplicate/unused devices

Hi, I would like to remove all of the devices from my connect app, however I am unable to do this. I have tried via the router settings but there is no option to remove devices. I have also tried via the app as suggested but there is no option to "disconnect/remove" the devices on the list, only to pause. I have tried resetting the hub, uninstalling the connect app and removing all networks from my devices but this list doesn't clear no matter what I try.

I have duplicates of some of the devices and I want to remove them to start fresh.

    I've finally managed to get it cleared (12 hours later). A mixture of restarting the device, clearing the cache and re-installing the app seems to have done the trick.

    Are the devices that you want to move showing as Unconnected?  If so you can remove them by swiping left and clicking on Remove

        That is very strange. I've tried uninstalling/updating the app and still nothing. Frustrating!

    A 60 second press on RESET of the VM Hub should clear its DHCP table.

    However duplicate entries will not stop appearing until all of your devices have MAC Address Randomization disabled i.e. they all use just the original MAC assigned at the factory.

    I'm not a Connect app user.

    Does that screen mean all the Not connected devices are Paused ? 

    I'd expect a Paused device to remain on the list.

      Client62 none of the devices in either screenshot are showing as paused.  If they were the pause button would be replaced by a play button.

      They're aren't paused, they are just not actively connected - because I removed them from the WiFi
