VM02 Link Accounts

Can't link accounts with email provided.

"We’ve found your Virgin Media account

However, this account is linked to an email address that’s different to the one on your Virgin Media O2 ID.

If you’d like to continue and link your Virgin Media account to your Virgin Media O2 ID, please confirm the full email address your Virgin Media account is currently registered to.

We’ll then send an email to that email address to approve the transfer."

  • I've set up a vm02 account but when I try to link a new Virgin Media account to it using my same email address I get the following message.. How do I link the sign in details of My Virgin Media and My O2? If you're a Virgin   monkey type  Media O2 customer, we'll send you an email when the opportunity to link your sign in details becomes available. You'll need to sign in and verify through both My Virgin Media and My O2 in order to link their details.

      Not to my knowledge, the emails I've received about my contract and signed up with are the same as the one I used for this account and the Virgino2.
