Trouble activating Netflix
I'm struggling to activate my Netflix with Ads subscription which is included in my package. Everytime I try to set it up from the VM box it wants me to complete the setup through my phone which then wants me to setup using one of their payment plans. Other guides say to go through my Virgin Media account and I should see a Netflix tile, but there is no tile and cannot see where to activate anyway under my account.
I found an old email from 2023 with a link to activate Netflix but when I click it it says its expired, so could someone send me a new link and review my account to see what the actual issue is, as currently I'm not able to use something that I've been paying for.
