No record of O2 VOLT SIM orders?

I ordered a Black Friday deal for an Unlimited VOLT SIM through VM on 11/11/2025 and received an order confirmation (CH2124244900). Since then, I have received no correspondence from either VM or O2. I called both to check the status of the order and neither of them could find the order reference in their system or any trace of the order ever being placed? I therefore placed another order to see if that would go through but I have received nothing again, other than another order different reference number (CH2125047551). Can someone please update me on these orders and advise if they have been processed or if they just don’t exist? I was asked to confirm a direct debit when ordered both times and i don’t want to be paying for 2 SIMS I don’t have!

    We're sorry to hear you're having issues with getting any update relating to your SIM order. If you've placed the order online through My VM or via an email offer that was sent to you, once you've agreed to the terms and conditions, these orders go to a back office team who apply the deal. This can take up to 14 days to process and they'll send you an email confirming the change has been made. 

    As these offers are online exclusive, the Sales or Customer Services team won't have visibility of them. 

    Once it's been 14 days, if the new contract hasn't been put in place, please reach out to O2 who will be able to check things further for you. You can find their contact details here.
