CANNOT PAY

Busy trying to pay bill. VIRGIN WILL NOT LET ME.

a security thing comes up and i enter the one time pass code mastercard send, and the virgin think tells you to click on "continue" but guess what, nothing to click on....

      Ok, i am not 12 and do not have multiple "devices" as you put it. I have my one pc running windows and mozilla firebird. Every other person i have paid in the last few days, it has worked perfectly. I have spent ages on a chat type thing with virgin and got nowhere. Patience very rapidly running out. YOU lot set up the authentification thing, NOT ME, so it is a problem with YOUR website. How can i send you a screenshot??

        Sorry to see this still is not working, the link does show other ways you can pay including an automated payment number to call. 

        Have you tried closing the page and clearing the cookies and cache?

  • I tried that link thing, and it takes me round in a circle. your authentification thing with mastercard IS NOT WORKING

    You can enter all the detials you like. It tells you to click on "continue" BUT THERE IS NOTHING TO CLICK ON.

    Try it yourself and see.

  • Hi There, I am disabled and cannot use a telephone, therefore all this is a HUGE HUGE problem for me. I just cleared all cookies and cache, no difference at all. Is there anyway i can send you a screenshot of what comes up?? It is HALF the payment card authentication page thingy, but no way of seeing if all or clicking on things that are not there..

      Apologies you were still unable to make a payment, were you able to use a different browser/ device such as a smart phone to try with?

        Paul, my patience is starting to run very thin.. I HAVE NOT GOT any other "devices" "browsers" or anything else.

        I am also disabled so i cannot use a telephone.

        You could not make it up... i am trying my best to GIVE YOU MONEY, but it appears that this is impossible..

        I do not know where to go from here..

  • Yes, but can you not understand, YOUR webpage is faulty. Nothing to do with mastercard or anyone else. If i refresh the page a message comes up saying that "there is a problem with this service" It is nothing to do with me, mastercard, or anyone else, it is VIRGIN'S WEBSITE at fault. Funny how i can pay the electric bill, the water bill, paypal, and god knows who else, all with the SAME authentification, only THEIR web page displays properly..

      Hi John,

      We've run checks this end and have not had other reports for this issue. This would point to a device issue. As you're unable to use another browser or device, there isn't anything else we can do from here. Please use another method of payment, as given in the link provided earlier.

        Well, well well... It appears that the payment thing is working now.. Same computer, same browser, same everything.. Perhaps the next time someone tells you that something is not working and it is VIRGIN that are at fault, you might try listening...
