Hi There, I am disabled and cannot use a telephone, therefore all this is a HUGE HUGE problem for me. I just cleared all cookies and cache, no difference at all. Is there anyway i can send you a screenshot of what comes up?? It is HALF the payment card authentication page thingy, but no way of seeing if all or clicking on things that are not there..
Apologies you were still unable to make a payment, were you able to use a different browser/ device such as a smart phone to try with?

Paul, my patience is starting to run very thin.. I HAVE NOT GOT any other "devices" "browsers" or anything else.
I am also disabled so i cannot use a telephone.
You could not make it up... i am trying my best to GIVE YOU MONEY, but it appears that this is impossible..
I do not know where to go from here..

Thanks for coming back to us on this. The Mastercard verification is something your card provider has put in place to ensure the transaction is valid.
If you don't have another browser or device that you can try and are unable to use the telephone, then the link will explain other ways such as paying by cash, cheque and online banking. We're not able to take payments via the Community I'm afraid.
