Ok, i am not 12 and do not have multiple "devices" as you put it. I have my one pc running windows and mozilla firebird. Every other person i have paid in the last few days, it has worked perfectly. I have spent ages on a chat type thing with virgin and got nowhere. Patience very rapidly running out. YOU lot set up the authentification thing, NOT ME, so it is a problem with YOUR website. How can i send you a screenshot??
Sorry to see this still is not working, the link does show other ways you can pay including an automated payment number to call.
Have you tried closing the page and clearing the cookies and cache?
