Yes, but can you not understand, YOUR webpage is faulty. Nothing to do with mastercard or anyone else. If i refresh the page a message comes up saying that "there is a problem with this service" It is nothing to do with me, mastercard, or anyone else, it is VIRGIN'S WEBSITE at fault. Funny how i can pay the electric bill, the water bill, paypal, and god knows who else, all with the SAME authentification, only THEIR web page displays properly..

We've run checks this end and have not had other reports for this issue. This would point to a device issue. As you're unable to use another browser or device, there isn't anything else we can do from here. Please use another method of payment, as given in the link provided earlier.

Well, well well... It appears that the payment thing is working now.. Same computer, same browser, same everything.. Perhaps the next time someone tells you that something is not working and it is VIRGIN that are at fault, you might try listening...
