Can’t log in to myvirgin

Go to login to my virgin media account, enter email, and it says “

“Sorry, something went wrong

Please go back and try again.

Try Again”

 

click the try again button and it takes me back to the log in page. 

I have tried to call twice and just been cut off when the call finally gets through the overly long automated process .

Can anyone help me log into my account please ? 

I have previously been able to log in with my yahoo email address  when I try to recover it says that is the email which is registered

    Welcome to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re experiencing with your online account at the moment.

    Can you try logging in via Incognito or private browsing mode on your current device, or attempt to log in using a different device?

      Hi Steven,

      I have tried on phone, iPad and laptop on several different browsers with and without incognito/private mode and no joy.

        Thank you for that information. Can we also confirm if this has been tried on a device through a Wired & Wireless internet connection?
