Pulling my hair out over this service
I am already with Virgin on broadband. On the 11th I signed up to Volt O2 sim and cancelled my sim in EE. Yesterday I received an email from 'Virgin Media Websales'. The email said "We'd like to talk to you as it appears that some information that we need to process your order was missing. This will help us take the next steps towards getting signed up, so just call our team on 0845 650 4500." I tried this number and it didn't work, it says its no longer in use. I tried calling Virgin but the switchboard kept taking me round and round in circles without letting me speak to a bloody human!! And then it hung up telling me I can get help online!! I tried the VM webchat and the unhelpful person on the other side took 10 mins each reply just to tell me they cant help and I need to talk to someone at O2. I called their support and they said they cant find anything under my name, number or email on their end and to contact Virgin!!! I am literally at my wits end with this customer service and about ready to take up EE's offer to stay with them and cancel my broadband here too. They will pay for cancellation fees and all. Can someone please help me sort this issue out as the alternative is me going to the FOS for a complaint and cancelling my service with Virgin.20Views0likes0CommentsO2 sim not arrived
We recently joined virgin and wanted to take advantages of the SIM cards offered with the broadband to increase our home speeds. we have the volt benefits on our account and are getting the double internet speed offer. However our sims cards never arrived and we don’t have o2 accounts so can’t talk to them about the missing SIM cards as they don’t know we exist. Hello, I signed up to the virgin broadband/O2 mobile deal. Broadband is all set up but I never received O2 confirmation or the O2 SIM included in my bundle. I have called O2 and they have no record of my account. They transferred me to to a Virgin advisor who was looking into it but then got disconnected. Hi I have a Volt package but have been paying separately for an O2 sim as I was told I could not have a SIM as part of the package. I received the following: We're sorry you've chosen to leave O2. I've just signed up to Volt, received my Virgin box and set everything up fine, but have received nothing about my O2 sim. There was an email from O2 that had a verification link, but it was only valid for a week and I didn't see it in time, and I can find no way to get another link sent or find a way of getting the sim that I'm now paying for.
