Virgin / o2 SIM card not arrived
Hello,
I signed up to the virgin broadband/O2 mobile deal. Broadband is all set up but I never received O2 confirmation or the O2 SIM included in my bundle. I have called O2 and they have no record of my account. They transferred me to to a Virgin advisor who was looking into it but then got disconnected. I have now been disconnected 4 more times from the O2 support trying to get through again. Can someone help?
