Big trouble with contract renewal & current bill
I have a contract with Virgin paying £43 per month with my contract due to end soon but I renewed my contract on the website and got a confirmation email on the 7th of this month for £43.16 per month. The problem is, when I view my current bill due on the 22nd of this month, it has shot up to £113.95 with no explanation. I know the contract renewal can take a few days to kick in but I can't understand what is going on with my current bill, it does not make any sense to me? Is there anyone here from Virgin who can assist me? Thanks so much, Ash40Views0likes1CommentOld equipment

I have been billed £6.99 for usage charges that we never used? My wife was browsing film channels and suddenly it said an adult channel was purchased even though the adult channels are nowhere near the standard films! We even rang Virgin at the time it happened and they said nothing had been purchased so we assumed it was a tv glitch but low and behind we have been charged for it. We certainly did not order it watch it!! Can a Virgin operative please help with this!!!!1.3KViews0likes7CommentsPlease can someone help me with my order and email address
Hi all, I have been having an issue with my order and my email. I'm out of contract for my virgin media plan and when I try to put an order through, the confirmation is sent to the wrong email address that I can't change. I don't get any confirmation email and I don't know if the order has went through. My o2 tariff has randomly removed the volt benefits like a new order is going through but I'm still on my old plan. If it helps, my order reference is XS1000143135. Thank you3.9KViews0likes0CommentsCredit default
Dear All, I hope this message finds you well. I have been trying for more than a year to explain that you incorrectly put a credit default while I have made my payment on time. Your created an error on my balance while I left my flat at that moment and with no access to anything. Seven months after I left the flat I received an email and explained via this emails and keep following up and called till I got to your team. Despite all that, I made the payment and your INCOMPETENT team that I am still dealing with them for MORE THAN A YEAR REFUSE TO UNDERSTAND THAT YOU MADE AN ERROR AND YOU INCORRECTLY PUT A CREDIT DEFAULT ON MY CREDIT WHEN IT IS NOT TRUE. ALL THIS FRUSTRATION AND ONE YEAR WASTE OF TIME AND MANY FOLLOWS UP, I HAVE TO SPEAK IN THIS CHAT TO GET THIS DONE!!! COULD YOU PLS PROFESSIONALY AND WITH COMPETENCY FIX YOUR ERROR ??? THANKS772Views0likes4CommentsFraudulent account set up in my name. now I have a ccj against me and affecting my credit rating.
I have recently been rejected for a mortgage due to a virgin media default. I did not set this account up or have any knowledge of its existence until I was rejected for my mortgage. I have tried to call and email virgin with no success leaving me with only a few options which is this forum, off com, or the police. I would appreciate some assistance ASAP to resolve this matter and have this negative taken of my credit report.1.7KViews0likes8CommentsAdding to TV package
I was wanting to add sky cinema to my package as there’s a deal to add it for £8 a month. I currently pay £51.50 a month so that would make my payment £59.50. however, when I go to add it, it says from month 12 my monthly payment will be £105. is that right? I don’t want to add it if it’s going to double my monthly costs after a year, seems ludicrous.736Views0likes3Comments
