Extra Bill

My plan £25 now every month 35/36 GBP AND ALREADY CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT TILL NO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM IF YOU NO SLOVE THE PROBLEM SO PLEASE CLOSE MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE NO HAVE EXTRA CHARGE NO NEED VIRGIN MEDIA BROADBAND.. BEFORE SELLING TIME DIFFERENT PRICE AFTER DIFFERENT SO PLEASE NO NEED 🙏

  • Hi amitmittal7623 thanks for posting although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.

    So just to confirm, have you only just taken the plan out? It's not a case of being out of contract is it and that you have a discount expiring?

    The best way to check what's happening, is check your e-bill on your My Virgin Media account.

    Please try this and if anything is unclear please let us know.

      I want entertainment services unsubscribed. I only want to pay for my internet services, nothing else.

        My internet plan was for £25 and I understand that prices go up in April. But I want to cancel/unsubscribe any additional services on my plan because my bill cones around to be £37-38. I only want to pay for my internet, extra £7-8 shouldn't be charged to me. And I also want refund for the past months that I had been paying extra.

    It seems pretty clear that the OP has been subscribed for TV, but only wants broadband. 

    I hope no one has taken advantage of the OPs poor English to sell them more than they wanted.
