I was wanting to add sky cinema to my package as there’s a deal to add it for £8 a month.
I currently pay £51.50 a month so that would make my payment £59.50.
however, when I go to add it, it says from month 12 my monthly payment will be £105.
is that right? I don’t want to add it if it’s going to double my monthly costs after a year, seems ludicrous.
You might need to ring if it's a special offer directed to you.
I would suspect this is related to a time-limited discount that you either already have, or would have if you took this offer.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your billing after adding Sky Cinema to your package.
Do you currently have any offers that would run out after 12 months of your current contract? Any discounts should be shown on your online bill.
