Unknown usage charged

I have been billed £6.99 for usage charges that we never used?

My wife was browsing film channels and suddenly it said an adult channel was purchased even though the adult channels are nowhere near the standard films! We even rang Virgin at the time it happened and they said nothing had been purchased so we assumed it was a tv glitch but low and behind we have been charged for it. We certainly did not order it watch it!!

Can a Virgin operative please help with this!!!!

    They will tell you did, as their system cannot make a mistake and you must have entered the pin, because their system tells them you did! 

    Just been through this with them, they agreed to credit the £6.99 charge this time, but will not do it in the future

      A pin would be required to watch content as such coastalrc

        Sorry but this happens a lot if you look on the community forums. It happened to me as well and VM are acting just like the Post Office and their Horizon system in denying it can happen. Any program can have glitches.
