I had my bill email notification today and to my surprise there is a usage charge for the land line that im forced to have for some reason, funny thing is do not even own a house phone or a RJ11 cable so how can i be charged for a call that i have not made or even a service i do not want ?

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your landline and being charged for calls that you clearly haven't made. This could be a crossed line in your local cabinet that has caused this. An engineer visit would need to be booked in to have this investigated.
