Flex subscriptions dont work
I have been with Virgin for 13 years and never have I encountered such poor / non existent customer services! I signed up for Sky Sports during the £18.75 a month offer. But it has not activated. Customer services tell me they cant add it, as it needs to be done my end. But when I try to add the subscription I just get an error messages. The stream service is abysmal. Online chat keeps kicking me out. Then the bot comes back to ask the same stupid questions. No reply from my online complaint 2 weeks ago. Telephone support hang up on me and dont call back I was asked to send proof of my offer to narender bhatt at the virgin email address which I did, and still no reply!! Truly shocking experience. I have recently joined Virgin and had a Flex stream box installed. My first impression is that I'm very happy with the box, it is proving to be alot quicker than BT. However, I'm unable to manage my Stream Box subscriptions so I can't add/remove any subscriptions to the box (Sky Sports or TNT Sports etyc). When I try doing it through the box, I just get an error message telling me there's a technical problem at the moment and it shows me a QR code that takes me to virginmedia.com/manage-stream. When I use this link and log in to my account, I can see that Stream is on my account but when I click on Manage, I get an error message again and I'm unable to add or remove anything. This has been going on for five days now. I've checked online and found quite a few posts on this forum about this so I'm not the only one having this problem. However, I haven't been able to find any solutions to this. I have raised the issue with the help line and they sent out an engineer to change the box but that didnt work. The engineer then spent an hour on the phone trying to resolve the issue but without any joy. Having looked through old streams on this community it would appear that the box / account hasnt been activated correctly, in a previous stream from 2022 it was suggested that someone from Virgin help team send a "hit" to the box and that activated it. However I can not get through again on the help desk to make that suggestion. Has anyone else had this issue recently? Does anyone have any ideas of how to approach this and how to fix it? Hello , I'm new here and recently ordered a stream box where i am told i can add extra subscriptions i am wanting to add sky sports and TNT for the football and UFC. My ex husband has virgin media and records the ufc due to the time its on. with the stream box i can not record ,but would i be able to access the ufc event the next day on stream ? this is a deal breaker for us, if we cant then i may have to just suck it up and change the order and pay the extra for the virgin package thanks in advance Lyndsay146Views0likes3CommentsStream / My Flex Plan Issue

We're having some technical issues so we can't add this right now. Please try again later. I have tried to add services such as Disney+ through live chat and received the activation emails, but I have been unable to complete setup due to the loading issue. Hi, Elderly parent's (Dad who is David the account holder) account who give me authority to interface with VM on their behalf and is documented on VM records every contact as I'm their son John living at same address. Just before the last price increase on Stream box & before the name Flex became live I added Sky Sports HD (£18.75) & TNT Sports (£10) via their My VM account web portal but it failed to complete. I was straight on email to raise that I didn't want to re-sign this new 18 month contract that was made aware of afterwards not before but both bounced back saying can't contact VM via these addresses. Dad has VM emails mirrored on his phone but never said anything about any new emails recording these changes. Looking tonight they were still unread blush so we have missed this and they've not raised it to me. Having read the email history now a 18 new contract was issued adding the 2 channel packs. So I presumed it would be corrected when the prices went up as we would be paying less but didn't. Mum came at me in a raised voice on walking in from work tonight that VM had debited £123.20 when our contract is £71.00 without any non-inclusive charges for their anytime landline service and those 2 channel packs. Some of that was smoothing I tried to explain but bill said normally new price would be £100.00 (£71+£29). We have not had access to that content we've been billed for! How do we get this sorted out please? Can ring 150 at 8am tomoz to try to get a low wait time to connect to an agent? If forgetting the 2 channel packs going forward and staying at £71pm is an option without being hit with early disconnection fees that would be acceptable please? Hello all, As above, I'm new to Virgin Media but old in RL and I've already experienced Streaming from previous provider. However, I'm over the moon with this new feature (didn't have that before). When I turn on my set in the morning, I have my BBC news channel going into the right hand lower corner. Just one click and tada, I'm watching the news. Granted, an APP seems to be missing, the weather app. I guess it'll be available at a later time. Meanwhile, must admit that in my corner of Scotland, you can't rely on the current providers. They say it's sunny and warm but in reality, it's pouring rain and on the cool side 😹. I'm glad of the switcheroo. My FLEX is lightning ⚡ fast, good choices of apps, channels and more. Hello, I have a Virgin Stream box, and I didn't have any problems with it until I decided to move it to the other side of my house and connect it via a Wi-Fi repeater. I have a GL-SFT1200 Wi-Fi repeater, and I can see the SSID of the repeater on all my devices, except for the Stream box. Out of curiosity, since I couldn't find my Wi-Fi repeater, I clicked on a random open Wi-Fi network. As a result, my Stream box now says "I am not at home" and doesn't allow me to change the network. Received new stream box today as the one I’ve had for 2 months has never connected for more than a few hours and was faulty. Having spent an hour today in the phone getting the new stream box set up (rebooting the WiFi etc) as it wouldn’t find the stream, the same issue is happening. Either the tv doesn’t find the source or when I get onto virgin I either get not connected to the WiFi or no channels. The internet is connected. I have the Ethernet cable in too and have tried both connections. To get it to work again if the tv gets turned off means Resetting the modem, reconnecting the box and generally taking ages. Anyone else had issues like this as it’s beyond ridiculous. (We’ve had virgin for years but the stream box was to replace the older larger tv box (which always worked fine!)925Views0likes4Comments
