Error Code: 1000-60
My small TiVo box is stuck in a loop displaying this code. I have tried resetting it and holding the button etc but the button isn’t working anymore. Has anyone got any idea what I could try? I have reset the internet once and allowed it to boot up before plugging it in but even that didn’t work. My internet is working fine many thanks
Stream upgrade
I currently have three TV360 boxes and spoke to customer service today enquiring about upgrading to stream. They advised me that an activation fee of £35 (self install) would apply and I could only have two stream boxes and would need to keep one TV360 box as the master. Is this correct? I was under the impression I could have up to six stream boxes. I have not heard of the rule that it’s required to keep one TV360 box as the main/master box.Unable to add tnt sports subscription
Hi all, Has anyone had issues adding subscriptions to a flex stream box after renewing a contract, I tried adding Tnt sports but get error Ts2/1/2/err_400/302/400 on the box and it doesn't add either via their website. Tried their chat help and they just raised a complaint for me when I was justvafter a fix, havent heard anything for a week now and just wanted it fixing not a complaint raising. Spotted some older posts that mentioned up to a month for a fix if anyone can help fix this issue?
Is the a limit on number of stream boxes & can you request more?
Hi, hoping this is correct section of the forum. I've currently got 4 'boxes' - 3x v6 boxes with 360 system (in a recent upgrade virgin left the v6 boxes in but installed 360 software) and 1x Stream box. Im wondering if its possible to request of VM to change one of the V6 boxes to a Stream? (So id have 2x V6 and 2x Stream). Being honest, main reason is recent refurb of daughters bedroom means the v6 doesn't really have anywhere to go and a smaller box would be great. I'd have thought VM wouldn't have an issue giving me what is basically a downgrade (Stream can't record etc) but a bit googling doesn't seem to bring anything up.
Stream box turning off
hi, my stream box keeps turning off and the issue is getting worse, especially when using Netflix and live TV. I receive a message on my TV that the box is off as no connection identified, despite it still showing a white light on the box itself but I have to reboot the whole box a couple of times to get it working again. anyone else had this issue? Do I need a replacement box?
