Another ntlworld user locked out of email
As with the many, many other reports on here, I cannot access my ntlworld email account via outlook, iphone. I can still get in for now via a browser. This is 100% a VM created problem - unless you're suggesting hundreds of unconnected people around the country all getting the same problem at the same time is a coincidence? What is being done on the VM side to resolve this?

Can anyone explain how: My ntlworld email is working fine on iOS client - can both send and receive mail With outlook client on Windows PC I can receive mail but not send i cannot access the webmail client at all - just keeps telling me it’s an error at their end I’ve had most of these errors over time but this strikes me as an unusual combination! He usual solution is to be patient and wait for the virgin gremlins to go away but I’m not so patient today! Thanks
Ntlworld Email accounts been deleted by VM!!?
Hi, Since yesterday morning my ntlworld account has not been working, I assumed it was the same issue as everyone else was having but I still have no emails still today. The address is a secondary account so I got the account holder to call today as they wont speak to me, they said that the email address has been deleted!! Apparently it has been in the news so we should know about it.... if that is true its is absolutely scandalous that VM have not contacted me before deleting an email account that is over 20 years old. I just wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else or they are just trying to fob me off. Thanks in advance. DanNTLworld emails stopping
are the NTLworld emails stopping? I was on the phone with a virgin media rep, and he said that they had turned off the ntlworld email server so that all ntlworld email accounts would stop working unless you contacted tech support to keep the email live Is this right, as have not had any contact about this?
