Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your email account at the moment.
Have you been able to regain access to your email account since you last posted? If not, are you still able to access your online? if you're still able to access your online account, please can you take the below steps to try to regain access to your account.
• Sign in to My Virgin Media
• Go to Account settings
• Click Virgin Media Mail Settings
• Security and sign in details
• Manage your Virgin Media Mail app password
• Continue the flow and a new secure password will be generated, and the mailbox unlocked.
• Update any third-party apps that may be use to access your Virgin Media Mail emails with this new app password.
The above should reset your mailbox and enable access again. Please give this a try and let us know how it goes.
