New episodes only
I can't find a clear answer to this. When setting up a series recording on my Virgin 360 box, I can adjust it using the 'Advanced' option to record 'new episodes only'. I have today been struggling to delete recordings from my my Virgin 360, I have only had the box since August and it took a week to update all my channels (which I am still waiting for compensation for) and even when I lock recordings from delete they have been deleting even though my box has never been above 97% full and now I can’t delete - does anyone know how to fix this or is this more rubbish from virgin media?206Views0likes1CommentWant to return unused 360 upgrade kit
Can someone please tell me how I can return this? I was told I needed to upgrade as BBC iPlayer will no longer work on my current box. I opened the kit today and there’s so much of it I just don’t have the room or inclination to try and reorganise my lounge to set it up. Hi, hoping this is correct section of the forum. I've currently got 4 'boxes' - 3x v6 boxes with 360 system (in a recent upgrade virgin left the v6 boxes in but installed 360 software) and 1x Stream box. Im wondering if its possible to request of VM to change one of the V6 boxes to a Stream? (So id have 2x V6 and 2x Stream). Being honest, main reason is recent refurb of daughters bedroom means the v6 doesn't really have anywhere to go and a smaller box would be great. I'd have thought VM wouldn't have an issue giving me what is basically a downgrade (Stream can't record etc) but a bit googling doesn't seem to bring anything up.86Views0likes5CommentsBox keeps losing all recordings
Our 360 box keeps losing all its recordings and all scheduled recordings when its powered off. This is about the 4th time now. Tried calling 150 today and none of the menu options seem relevant to this and doesn't seem to be any way to speak to anyone. Pretty fed up with it to be honest. Hi all I have searched within the forum regarding recordings failing. I have the same sort of issue but it only appears to impact recording C5. I only record two series for my wife and without fail they don’t record at all or record for a few mins and then fail.
