V6 Box needs replacing but I don't want to be forced to change to TV 360.

For the past couple of months my box has started to play up.

It's usually recorded stuff, but it will just pause or glitch and I can't fast forward or rewind. Then it will either jump ahead 20/30 minutes or just hang for 10 mins or crash.

It's seems to me like a hard wear issue.

I would like a replacement but am worried VM will tell me I need/have  to "upgrade" (downgrade) to 360TV which I really don't want because by all accounts it's really not very good.

Any advice much appreciated

The forum team should answer here shortly & follow this up for you. I would not trust telephone CS, who are likely to ignore the request.

V6 remain fully supported for fault replacements, which are normally done via tech visit.

I think that if you insist on a replacement V6 you might get it unless out stock in the local depot (which I believe is becoming increasingly common).
