Virgin TV Ultra HD missing from TV Go app
We've switched from the V6 to 360 so now need to use the TV Go app to browse the TV Guide and set recordings remotely. Unlike on the TV Control app, the Virgin TV Ultra HD channel is not listed on the TV Go app, so we can't browse the listings and set recordings remotely. Please could this be rectified? I understand that Virgin TV Ultra HD is not available to watch live in the app which is fine, but like the many other channels that are included for remote recording purposes only, Virgin TV Ultra HD should be too.Live TV on Virgin TV GO
Hi there, I can never watch Live Tv on the Virgin TV Go app, have on numerous occasions deleted and re-installed the app on my desktop but alas still can not watch content that is being shown live. With the ashes starting tomorrow and with being in the office first thing I was looking forward to catching a bit of the opening test on TNT Sports. Please help at your earliest opportunity. I've been with VM for years, always had Sky Sports HD and TNT.... Renegotiated my contract yesterday (same package including Sky Sports and Cinema HD and TNT sports), NOthing changed...... 11pm last night my access to Skysports streaming stopped working and hasnt come back on since - I can still watch on the TV box, but if I try the Sky Sports app on my Iphone, Samsung Tablets or web browser on my laptop I get this.......... No matter how many times I log out and back in its still does not work..... I was hoping it would fix itself overnight as perhaps my account was updating following the extending of my contract, but still nothing..... Can anyone help as my sole plan was watching the Ryder Cup this weekend and I'm now unable to so I'm pretty **bleep**ed off...360 device management
Is there any way to permanently disable "Connect to Virgin TV" on the Virgin TV GO app? My grandad watches on an iPad but is struggling to understand that he keeps changing the channel on our tv from his home some miles away. Every time I try to watch live TV through the APP it asks me to register the same device (i.e. replace a device) - I now have this same device 3 times in my list of 5. Plus it is using up one of my 3 changes allowed every time meaning I can't now change for a month. Upshot is I can't watch live TV. I stress that I am using the TV Go APP - not via a browser. My app or device is NOT clearing Cache. How can i fixCant login to Virgin Tv Go app on any device
Im in an endless loop of trying to log into Virgin TV Go on the iphone app or within a web browser. Yesterday i was asked to set up a Virgin Media O2 ID and now i cant access anything. Here are the steps of what is currently happening. Enter email address Enter password Verification email is sent to my email adress Clicked on the 'verify its me' link Get a confimration page saying = 'Your email address has been verified' Go back to Virgin TV Go and Im still logged out Ive tried this numerous times on my PC, Macbook and iPhone and cant login from enay device or any browser. All my login details are correct
TVGo Subtitles
How do I turn off the subtitles on TVGo so that they stay off. Despite them being off in the settings, every time I change channel they turn on again. Sometimes I turn them off and then they turn on again when one programme ends and another starts on the same channel. To say its annoying is an understatement. I have deleted the app and cleared out any settings on the iPad, but it still does it when I re-install the app.
