Channel numbers in TV Go App?
Is there a way to see channel numbers on the tv go app? I am visually impaired. I use the guide on the app to see what’s on or upcoming. Then I use the physical remote to change channel. Frustrating if you don’t know the number. I know I can connect to the tv using the app.
Cant login to Virgin Tv Go app on any device
Im in an endless loop of trying to log into Virgin TV Go on the iphone app or within a web browser. Yesterday i was asked to set up a Virgin Media O2 ID and now i cant access anything. Here are the steps of what is currently happening. Enter email address Enter password Verification email is sent to my email adress Clicked on the 'verify its me' link Get a confimration page saying = 'Your email address has been verified' Go back to Virgin TV Go and Im still logged out Ive tried this numerous times on my PC, Macbook and iPhone and cant login from enay device or any browser. All my login details are correctAnother with TV Go app not able to set remote recording
TV Go app won’t set recordings remotely whether 360 Box is on or off. Standby I power is on Active start. Get message that Box 360 is offline and will schedule recording when next turned on anyone able to suggest what to do to rectify this, please?
Not able to view recordings and live TV on TV Go app
I am currently getting an error message when trying to view recordings on the Android app for my devices. When I try to view live TV I get a message saying I have too many devices (which I don't). When I view my device settings it says I have none then briefly flashes up that I have 3, then it changes to none again! I've tried rebooting my hub, TV box, and devices but still get the issue.Can't log in to Sky Sports app via VM log in
Hi all, I'm posting on behalf of my stepdad who has had recurring issues with the Sky Sports app for about a week now. I've tried repeatedly to uninstall the app - remove its data and caches, to no avail. As someone quite comfortable with computers, I am truly baffled. The Virgin Media TV app works absolutely fine. I get up the Sky Sports app and go to watch live sports (tennis for example) and am immediately brought to the Sky sign in page where there is an option to log in with Virgin TV UK as he's done so in the past and instead get a hapless loading bar that never loads a thing. It's stopped my elderly stepdad from watching his beloved cricket and tennis anywhere that isn't the big TV in the family home. Any advice or tips (beyond the obvious) would be much appreciated as I'd really like to get this resolved for him ASAP. It's really important to him and therefore really important to me! Hi, The TV Go app works on my iPad, but on my phone every single programme, whether live tv or recording brings up an error saying “Not allowed. Sorry, this programme is blocked on this device due to copyright restrictions.” I’ve tried signing out and back in but still get the same error.
