Live TV on Virgin TV GO

Hi there,

I can never watch Live Tv on the Virgin TV Go app, have on numerous occasions deleted and re-installed the app on my desktop but alas still can not watch content that is being shown live.

With the ashes starting tomorrow and with being in the office first thing I was looking forward to catching a bit of the opening test on TNT Sports.

Please help at your earliest opportunity.

    Hey leez, thank you for reaching out and we are so sorry to hear about the TV GO issue,

    What error messages / codes are you facing?

    Do any channels work at all, or it just TNT sports which isn't working?

    Have you gone over the device limit?
