Tv box needs update I recently completed VMs application for update of tv box and have received a controller through post but no mention of when box will be supplied. How do I find out when box is due? SolvedLinked VM and O2 During one attempt to log in to email the system went to a page to link VM and O2 accounts and the only way out was to agree taking the NO option simply resulted in a return to the choice page. Having completed this link received an email showing the following: "You've linked a Virgin Media account to your Virgin Media O2 ID. Sign in to manage the accounts on your ID here. " But the link first shows and insecure page and then is inoperative. Can Virgin please advise fix. Unable to Access Email Both my wife and I have ntlworld.com email accounts and this morning are unable to log in. Systems asks for account verification by entering details then askes for a back up email account. However remail fails to arrive and system keeps going to the home page to enter the details and to verify. Are Virgin looking into this issue which appears to be affecting a large number of users? Have just tried to sign in again and now shows server error leaving blank page with Virgin O2 logo at top. Very disappointing. Re: Hub 3 Replaced with Hub 5 Hi Steven Confim nothing has changed same issues. Also noticed that Network log shows US profile assignment change 5 times each day for Channel 6. Have tried to copy hub report stats but only get invalid HTML message so no luck. HUb has been restarted with no change. None of wifi devices can be connected via ethernet and since hub diagnostics show ethernet also an issue not sure that this would help. Oddly Titles on router status pages showed yesterday but have vanished again today!! Hub 3 Replaced with Hub 5 Hub replaced by VM Tech Hub Status Network Diagnostics shows all wifi connected devices have low signal strength and recommends moving them closer to hub. Devices are not identified but assuming listing order is that shown in connected device pages one of the items with low signal strength is laptop which is in direct line of site of hub and approx 5 metres distance. It seems unlikley that signal in this loctaion is poor and I wonder if the self diagnostics test is reliable. Also issues viewing hub status pages from desktop they fail to show column or row titles for data being measured yet these titles are visible when viewed on laptop. Both desktop and laptop are 12 months old running win 11 and I have tried changing screen resolution and clearing history and cookies with no permanent improvement although desktop did show titles for a period of two days and then reverted to not displaying. Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a fix.
