ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsVirgin V6 Crashing Samsung TV Hi all - I recently updated my virgin box to have the new UI/Software, but since doing the update the TV's software crashes (Samsung Tizen), this only happens on the Virgin input - I haven't had this issue with the Xbox or any streaming apps, and the TV then gets caught in a boot cycle for a few spins, but then runs fine (ideally, it shouldn't be doing this and is very inconvenient). I've already tried: factory resetting both the TiVo and the TV New cables Changing inputs Ensuring software updates have been completed Any advice would be appreciated! TV360 Crashing Samsung TV The title says it all really - I upgraded my V6 box to TV360 on Tuesday, where it crashed a couple of times, and now when powering up the box from standby using the new remote, the Samsung TV will crash a few times before finally staying on. Any help would be appreciated. TIA Re: Can't Change Package I can see the deals if I'm not signed in, but once I'm signed in it takes me to the checkout page, no matter what deal button I select, it's just stating the current package that I'm on with no options to alter it. (see att. image - zoomed way out so you can see the whole page!). Thanks Can't Change Package I'm trying to adjust my package to see if I can save a bit of money (i.e. dropping tv) but whenever I try to go to see what offers there are, it takes me straight to just renewing the deal I had - the contract expired in August, so shouldn't be an issue? I'm also wanting to cancel the O2 simcard which I never use, but I'm sure I was told the contract price would cover its cost, so I'm now paying £15 extra a month for a simcard I never use!
