Bouchier says the big change will come in the install experience. “There is no longer a need to have that cable running around the house if you want more than one set top box. It allows us to be as kind of nimble as the S watts themselves and connect to a TV wherever it is in the home using again a great install experience that we have with Virgin Media where our engineers will ensure that your broadband travels around the home.” Re: Wrong Time on Handset since moving to Digital Voice Can't believe the comment if first we've heard about it utter nonsense Re: Wrong Time on Handset since moving to Digital Voice I'd go back and re read the entire post that was posted 2 years ago, first you've heard of it what a load of waffle. Another example to why I'm thinking of leaving by customer support saying first we've heard about it is insulting and laughable Re: Wrong Time on Handset since moving to Digital Voice Still not fixed just brushed under carpet Re: Wrong Time on Handset since moving to Digital Voice This is incorrect Matthew yes you can change the time on the handset however when you get a incoming call it will move the time 1 hour forward this will continue to happen until UK alters it's clocks FACT it's done it in the past clocks going forward and clocks going back Re: Wrong Time on Handset since moving to Digital Voice This is happening again after over 2 years still no fix, your system is going by USA, I think now after 22 years of been a customer come November now competition is in my area it's time to switch. Virginmedia looked after it's customers, but recently I've heard nothing but loyal long standing customers get rubbish renewal deals. So come Nov 2025 rubbish deal I'm off, I'll port my landline to another company that gives FTTP and don't charge extra for same download and upload speeds either that virginmedia want extra £4 for Re: Wrong Time on Handset since moving to Digital Voice So again we have this problem yet again, I've checked my handset says 1332pm write time as of posting ill ring the house phone see if this moves it 1 hour Update yep it's moved the handset on 1 hour, you would think they would have this sorted by now. Come November after 22 years of been a customer I think it's time to go elsewhere I think. Re: Loads of post and pre errors in hub 5 Just the errors but, but engineer told me to ignore them Re: Loads of post and pre errors in hub 5 Had 2nd engineer out, checked all connections inside and out he noted and asked who put third slotted on outside I said no one has been at the box outside only time was when we had to have a repull 3 years ago due to cable damaged somewhere, he changed that to a 2 way splitter, pin hole rest the hub, only pre errors on some channels are 1,2 and 3 and have stayed like that over a week. However the original errors have returned which he looked at and told me to ignore DBC-REQ Mismatch Between Calculated Value for P1.6hi Compared to CCAP Provided Re: Loads of post and pre errors in hub 5 No, but the issues of before with packet loss was with Xbox x and that was hard wired direct into hub 5
