So at tbe moment it's 90 percent ill be moving Complaint on renewal I issued a complaint and received a reply to which I answered and then received another which tells me to close current complaint and re issue another about the same issue that being offer on renewal deal price and false wording. I've answered your email saying I am not closing current complaint nor redoing a new one as its about tbe same issue, I've been with you 22 years and also been a beta tester over 20 years and I've never been asked to close a complaint and reissue another. Looks like come 3rd November 2025 for the first time ever be giving you my 30 days notice as I'm not playing these idiotic games That's the email above, getting no where Re: Can't ring O2 mobile from Virgin media landline It's working now been with o2 for years and was ported years ago cant even remember where from Can't ring O2 mobile from Virgin media landline The issue started yesterday in which my mother tried to ring me from her virginmedia landline to my O2 mobile and says temporarily unavailable. I am also on Virginmedia and rang my O2 mobile to which is does say number temporarily unavailable, I have rebooted my mobile and also unplugged and replugged in the adapter back of the hub 5. Again it's saying my number in unavailable, I tried my wife's O2 number from the landline and hers gets the same message, however my son's and daughters mobile numbers work fine and they are also on o2. Can you look into this please New set top box As per article I've read today that virgin are moving away from QAM broadcast to IP and also implementing a smaller set top box that won't have a hard drive later this year when will this be available, is this just refering to virgin stream that's already available or something else, also with it cloud recording done then habe to pay a tier system per storage capacity As per article "Later this year Virgin will complete the move from QAM broadcast to IP transmission, bringing in small form factor setup boxes, with bookmarking in the cloud replacing hard drives. Bouchier says the big change will come in the install experience. “There is no longer a need to have that cable running around the house if you want more than one set top box. It allows us to be as kind of nimble as the S watts themselves and connect to a TV wherever it is in the home using again a great install experience that we have with Virgin Media where our engineers will ensure that your broadband travels around the home.” Re: Wrong Time on Handset since moving to Digital Voice Can't believe the comment if first we've heard about it utter nonsense Re: Wrong Time on Handset since moving to Digital Voice I'd go back and re read the entire post that was posted 2 years ago, first you've heard of it what a load of waffle. Another example to why I'm thinking of leaving by customer support saying first we've heard about it is insulting and laughable Re: Wrong Time on Handset since moving to Digital Voice Still not fixed just brushed under carpet Re: Wrong Time on Handset since moving to Digital Voice This is incorrect Matthew yes you can change the time on the handset however when you get a incoming call it will move the time 1 hour forward this will continue to happen until UK alters it's clocks FACT it's done it in the past clocks going forward and clocks going back
