Complaint on renewal
I issued a complaint and received a reply to which I answered and then received another which tells me to close current complaint and re issue another about the same issue that being offer on renewal deal price and false wording. I've answered your email saying I am not closing current complaint nor redoing a new one as its about tbe same issue, I've been with you 22 years and also been a beta tester over 20 years and I've never been asked to close a complaint and reissue another. Looks like come 3rd November 2025 for the first time ever be giving you my 30 days notice as I'm not playing these idiotic games That's the email above, getting no where
