Hi. I haven't changed anything on the VM box but now I cannot sign in to Amazon Prime. It is putting up a screen and sending me to or a QR code to scan.I have used both methods and it says I need to approve via the Amazon Shopping app...
My end of contract was coming up and the price had jumped by nearly £30. I rang and agreed a new package, was sent the order details which was a cost of less than original price. I've just been charged the price VM told me despite making a phone call...
