Speed suddenly slowed

Never had a problem and then since Christmas Day speeds through the floor. We are meant to have 1GB and not even close sub 100. I’m now getting really fed up with VM. I’m looking in to SKY as even though a lower speed the reliability looks better. Tried to call CS at VM but no response.

Any recommendations for better providers welcome as just can’t get speeds up on VM anymore

    If this is an ethernet connection it is most likely due to the connection between the Hub and your device dropping to 100Mb/s. Try a different cable, a different socket on the Hub, and check the connection speed in your device settings.
