This is whilst watching normal channels such as BBC 1 and has been happening for a few weeks. What causes this? FYI I've had recurring issues with pixellating images for as long as I've had Virgin which us years. Thanks iPlayer causing Wi-Fi to drop Do you know why when trying to watch iplayer the program will start buffering and then the 360 box will lose its wifi connection? This has happened on several occasions. It then takes several attempts whilst the 360 flashes until I can get a connection. Other apps such as Prime and YouTube work fine. However I did struggle to use Netflix last week which wouldn't respond until I restarted the 360. Thanks Re: Paramount plus not working Sorry for the late reply. It was immediately I opened the app. After rebooting it eventually came back but it took a few attempts. Now I have a problem watching iplayer. See other post. An engineer came at the weekend and determined my wifi signal was not strong enough for the data consuming 360 box. He improved the signal and up to now it is working OK. Before that it was getting slower and slower , it crashed and the 360 icons wouldn't even appear in the recordings. Thank you Re: Wall E taking over And just watching a recording now. I've had the box just over a week as a replacement for my upgraded V6. It's at 18% usage. If I press the recordings section it can take 2 or 3 seconds to respond. Last night it was badly pixellating on BBC 1. Something I've put up with for years off and on. This morning it failed to record and came back with CS2217. I might have to get an engineer again Wall E taking over I came home tonight and my TV seems to be dominated by Wall E promotions. My new 360 is now really slow and unresponsive. It takes an age to even change channel. Can these promotions cause this to happen? Thanks Solved360 lost all recordings again To say I am unhappy is an understatement. I upgraded to 360 this month and had nothing but problems. Today it would not connect to my router for the umpteenth time. In the end I restarted the router and I have a connection. However my recordings and any planned recordings have been lost yet again. Last week it also reset my apps. This is the second time it has wiped my recordings. Do I need a replacement box? Even this morning I could not get a picture signal until I rebooted. I had sound but no picture. It appears to be making recordings again but the others were lost. Thank you
