Series link and recording being lost or suspended
When a program is still recording and I decide to use the watch from start option it seems that the recording disappears from the list of recordings and I cannot watch it after the recording has ended. It also disappears from planned recordings and needs restarting. Is that supposed to happen? I also have to restart planned recordings that mysteriously get cancelled or suspended. I've put up with pixellating screen for years. An engineer comes out, checks my cables and we hope for the best. Recently I am now seeing the channel failed message alongside pixellating screens. Hi, I keep getting a message popping up briefly saying Channel Failed. This is whilst watching normal channels such as BBC 1 and has been happening for a few weeks. What causes this? Do you know why when trying to watch iplayer the program will start buffering and then the 360 box will lose its wifi connection? This has happened on several occasions. It then takes several attempts whilst the 360 flashes until I can get a connection. Other apps such as Prime and YouTube work fine. Hello, Thanks for your help. An engineer came at the weekend and determined my wifi signal was not strong enough for the data consuming 360 box. He improved the signal and up to now it is working OK. Thanks all for your help. I've had the box just over a week as a replacement for my upgraded V6. It's at 18% usage. If I press the recordings section it can take 2 or 3 seconds to respond. Last night it was badly pixellating on BBC 1. Something I've put up with for years off and on. This morning it failed to record and came back with CS2217.
