I didn’t really get a useful answer as to if it was, so decided to leave it. Re: TiVo 360 I am aware it’s a software update, I had a message saying that an update had been sent to the box it’s working fine but not tv360. When the first box was transferred to tv360 the upstairs box was not in use so I didn’t update it, however I have 2 new remotes one of which obviously was not used at the time. My grandson uses the one upstairs so not always able to get access to it. Upgrade to hub5 I’ve noticed twice now that the hub 4 I have has got quite hot and started blinking blue. Resetting solves the issue but I’m wondering if an upgrade to hub5 would solve this. I’m on the Gig1 package. Re: TiVo 360 I’ve got the upstairs box up and running and still wondering if it’s possible to convert it to tv360? TiVo 360 I have a V6 box in an upstairs bedroom that I have not used for awhile but have recently set up for use. My box downstairs is already on 360, is there anyway I can now upgrade the one in the bedroom? I have a second 360 remote never used. Tried it through apps but I get a migration not available message. (error MA1/1/404) Wifi pods offline I have 2 wi fi pods that are offline. I used the Virgin Connect app to try and rectify this but it made the situation worse. The pods are positioned as they always have been, this a recent problem with no bother previously. Any suggestions would be welcome. Hub 5 I have had the Virgin hub4 for some time but even with the WiFi pods WiFi is not always reliable and get buffering sometimes when streaming Netflix and Amazon Prime. I am on gig1 and have just renewed my contract and wonder if hub 5 would improve this. 02 contract ending My O2 contract which is connected to my Virgin Media contract ends shortly. I am looking to get a lower monthly payment as I am not a big user. If I go elsewhere will this affect my Virgin Media benefits?
