Apparently speeds of 500mb are at the limit of this router. I think my router is now struggling as I have to reboot it every few days as it seems to lose its connection with my tv box and my Firestick. Rather than wait for "my turn" for an upgrade, how do I get hold of a new Hub 5 asap? I have tried the "web chat" but can't get to speak to a real person and I don't want to spend ages on a call. Thanks. Online contract renewal not activated Hi, Back on 18 April I renewed my contract online after receiving an invite to do so. My current contract ends on 12 July. I received pre contract document which I accepted which was immediately followed by an order summary. However, three weeks later and my new contract is not appearing on my account. I really do not want to be paying double from July. From what I have read on this forum, other people have had the same issue and there seems little point in phoning up as these deals are done by a "back office". Therefore I am reaching out on here for confirmation of my new deal and to get my account updated.
