Online contract renewal not activated
Hi,
Back on 18 April I renewed my contract online after receiving an invite to do so. My current contract ends on 12 July. I received pre contract document which I accepted which was immediately followed by an order summary.
However, three weeks later and my new contract is not appearing on my account. I really do not want to be paying double from July. From what I have read on this forum, other people have had the same issue and there seems little point in phoning up as these deals are done by a "back office". Therefore I am reaching out on here for confirmation of my new deal and to get my account updated.
