Online contract renewal not activated

Hi,
Back on 18 April I renewed my contract online after receiving an invite to do so. My current contract ends on 12 July. I received pre contract document which I accepted which was immediately followed by an order summary.
However, three weeks later and my new contract is not appearing on my account. I really do not want to be paying double from July. From what I have read on this forum, other people have had the same issue and there seems little point in phoning up as these deals are done by a "back office". Therefore I am reaching out on here for confirmation of my new deal and to get my account updated.

    Sorry to hear of the contract renewal issues and the concern this is causing, we appreciate you making us aware of this via the forums.

     

    When you received the order summary, did this have a date on it the package was due to be applied? Some orders or renewals require 30 days notice before they are added? Can you look over the document and see if it gives a date?

    From when you accepted, it may be around the 18th May.
