V6 - TV stuttering after pause. HD on its way out?
Hi If I pause tv on my V6 , when i resume/unpause the picture stuttering and breaking up. If i go back to Guide and select the channel again to watch live, its fine. The Netflix app has stopped working on my box. The other apps still load okay but Netflix brings up the ‘N’ logo with the loading circle and then it won’t go any further. I can use Netflix on the TV upstairs so it’s not a Netflix or broadband issue. It just seems to be Netflix on the V6 box. Excuse me asking this afresh but other responses seem to have been archived. I have a V6 box running 360. For Netflix only, other apps are OK and TV ok I get no sound. It has been occassional up to now and a restart of the box has cured. Reloading Netflix alone does not resolve. Today i have restarted twice, checked other apps, tried reloading Netflix, xhecked connections and speed and still get no Netflix sound. I know from past experience that if I contact Netflix they will recommend restarting the box which won't assist. Any thoughts or suggestions on a fix? Just bought a new TCL C805 TV and have spent a good while trying to get my V6 remote to control the volume on my new TV. Even tried the 0999 code and then spent 10 minutes pressing the 'channel up' key every 2 seconds in the hope the TV would turn off but alas it didn't. Ever since signing up to the 360 service the set top box keeps powering off when not in use. It has to be switched off at the back and switched on again. It’s so frustrating, the 360 update has made my box almost unusable (especially coupled with the fact it wiped all my recordings which I don’t understand why?) Hello, I have noticed a problem with the fast forward function. Sometimes when fast forwarding, the programme skips forward 10-15mins. When you rewind it goes back to the original position. So the one way to get through that part of the programme is to watch it in real time. This doesn't happen all the time. Seems to happen more often during long, sport recordings. Particularly when in 4K. I have a V6 box. I haven't upgraded to 360 (don't want to lose recordings and series links, and don't like the look of the UI). Any ideas what is going wrong? Thank you. Hi, I am getting the dreaded screen pixelation and W02 error on both my V6 and TIVO boxes. They occur at about the same time on both boxes, and affect the same channels on each. In addition the problem seems to occur at about the same time (19:30) every evening. I have tried all the recommended tries to fix the problem, but to no avail - the problems persist (although it seems that everything recovers itself later in the evening or by the morning). Hi there. I upgraded to tv360 a few weeks ago and since then my v6 box has been unbelievably loud. ( fans spinning ) to the point where I'm having to crank the volume up on the tv rather loud to dround out the whining noise of the fans. It's quite irritating when trying to watch something. I did not have this issue before the upgrade to TV 360. Anyone else have this issue? Are they supposed to be this loud? Or is it a faulty box since the upgrade? My V6 remote is not working. I have tried all the fixes suggested but it sticks with a red light and if you press a key it shows 0 on the screen.
