TS2/1/2/ERR_400/302/400 ongoing issues
Trying to add a subscription to my account getting the above messages I try to add a subscription via myvirgin app I get an order is on its way. I've already had an engineer come to swap out my stream box swapped it back out as was still same issue . Customer support didn't want to escalate to 2nd line just send out an engineer or up sell products. The Netflix app has stopped working on my box. The other apps still load okay but Netflix brings up the ‘N’ logo with the loading circle and then it won’t go any further. I can use Netflix on the TV upstairs so it’s not a Netflix or broadband issue. It just seems to be Netflix on the V6 box. I could try rebooting the box which has fixed app issues before but has also wiped my recordings at the same time so trying to keep that as a last resort.23KViews1like27CommentsStreaming devices connectivity is poor
Hey, I'm hoping someone can help. When I first joined Virgin, in my home I have 2 x firesticks and 1 x NowTV box. Previously they used to connect to the Pods installed in the same rooms. Connection was good. However now the connection to the devices is very poor, constant freezing & even struggling to stream Disney plus on occasions. When I go on VM connect, under Devices - Network the 3 devices are no longer showing connections to the Pods. They show now as TV box, connected to main hub which is downstairs. They no longer appear under the My Devices section. Is there a way to get them back connected to the Pods? Or is that not the issue? All 3 Pods show "great" as connectivity. Testing speed from 1 bedroom that's having issues with the Firestick (this room has a pod installed). Hub speed: 382 Mbps. WiFi speed 136 Mbps.385Views0likes2CommentsNo Recording
I’ve recently moved home taking Virgin with me but the new TV hardware I’ve been given is awful. I used to have a proper box with a cable connection and a hard disk that could record. Now I have these little streaming boxes that are really slow and laggy and can’t record. Really disappointing. Is this the way Virgin TV is going? At approximately 18:30 each evening, I've noticed a significant drop in my upload speed. Despite troubleshooting on my end, it seems this issue may stem from external throttling measures rather than internal network issues. This inconsistency in upload speed has been disruptive to my online activities. Additionally, I believe the pricing for my broadband package may not align with the level of service I'm receiving. Despite attempts to reach out for assistance, I've faced difficulties in connecting with someone who can address these concerns directly. I'm reaching out to the Virgin Media forums for assistance and clarification on these matters. Any insights or resolutions provided would be greatly appreciated. I'm on the 350Mbs Package, this has only just started happening since returning to live streaming. Approximately 3 weeks ago. I don't stream over WiFi, only ethernet.
