TS2/1/2/ERR_400/302/400 ongoing issues

Trying to add a subscription to my account getting the above messages 

I try to add a subscription via myvirgin app I get an order is on its way. 

I've already had an engineer come to swap out my stream box swapped it back out as was still same issue . Customer support didn't want to escalate to 2nd line just send out an engineer or up sell products. Anyone who has been successful in getting this fixed what did VM do?

      We're sorry to hear you're having issues adding subscriptions to your Stream box. We're not able to add these from here I'm afraid. Checking things here, I can see you've spoken to the team since posting, and they have raised this to our IT Teams to investigate further. 

      They will reach back out to you, once they have resolved things.

    Raise a complaint and insist on second line support, it'll get sorted eventually if you are patient.  Mine got fixed last week seven weeks after first contacting customer support.  The first line support really need to be better educated.  The engineers must get really frustrated with this.
