Adding subscription error - Error TS2/1/2/ERR_400/302/400

Hi there I can't add or remove subscriptions on my stream box due to this error. I can't do it on app or online either due to 'technical issues' error message. Please can someone help me?

    Good luck. This sounds similar to one of my issues. I’ve given up trying to fix it. Wasted too much of my time
