EBay WiFi pods - can they be linked to my account?
I have one WiFi pod but have thick walls and a fairly large house. So I bought 2x virgin wifi pods from eBay listed as new but never used. I’ve tried to connect them but they won’t. I’ve now googled and think they are linked to the sellers account by virgin prior to them sending out? Is there any way of resetting them or getting them to connect to my account? worst case scenario I’ll return them as the seller makes no mention of this and states in the advert they are suitable for uk use and will extend range of connection. any help or advice is welcomed! thanks101Views0likes7CommentsOrdering Pods
Good afternoon I’ve been trying without success to speak to someone about ordering pods, I’m a volt customer so entitled to 3. I’ve got issues with signal drops at the rear of the house and the issue with my sync module on my blink cameras. I’ve done all the speed tests with varying results, I’ve altered information on the hub via my installation guy, I’ve followed very thread on here with the blink issue. Nothing is working and people suggest buying an extender but I shouldn’t have to. I’ve only been with Virgin a week and spent 3 days trying to sort this out, frustrated doesn’t cover it. The pods will help with the dead zones and the cameras. Kind regards sylvia79Views0likes3CommentsNeed WiFi pods
Hi, can someone from Virgin Media please help? We recently got the Gig1 fibre. We moved from BT where we had 2 additional WiFi discs and this covered our entire home very well. The Virgin Media Hub 5 signal is weak in bedrooms upstairs. So I really need VM to send me some WiFi pods. I did a test with the Connect app and I’m barely getting 10 Mbps, and the connection would intermittently disconnect. I would ideally like 2 pods like we had with BT as the house is big. Thank you 🙏Solved94Views0likes5Comments
