Ordering Pods
Good afternoon
I’ve been trying without success to speak to someone about ordering pods, I’m a volt customer so entitled to 3. I’ve got issues with signal drops at the rear of the house and the issue with my sync module on my blink cameras. I’ve done all the speed tests with varying results, I’ve altered information on the hub via my installation guy, I’ve followed very thread on here with the blink issue. Nothing is working and people suggest buying an extender but I shouldn’t have to. I’ve only been with Virgin a week and spent 3 days trying to sort this out, frustrated doesn’t cover it. The pods will help with the dead zones and the cameras. Kind regards sylvia
