Ordered volt mid December. Contract includes 02 sim. Still waiting for sim to be delivered.

Did you get given a PAC code if you were transferring from Virgin to keep your old number or is this a completely new contract.

If you didn't receive an email from O2 about your new contract it sounds like the activation wasn't sent from Virgin to O2 which would involve a call to Virgin, (select the leaving option when calling to speak to a UK based person 🤞). If you did receive an email from O2 then you need to call O2.

Hi Roy247, I'm a brand new Virgin customer - transferring from BT/EE, therefore, I have no SIM, Virgin/O2 phone number or any communications from O2 as to where my SIM is. O2 haven't emailed or contacted me.

I went into my local O2 shop, but they told me to call O2, but as I don't yet know my new mobile number, no one seems to be able to help me.

I've tried the online chat functions but keep going around in circles as, again, I have no O2 number for the system to help! I called Virgin and eventually got through to someone who may have been able to assist but he said he only operates on the old Virgin system and my order number wasn't recognised so he tried to put me through to someone operating on the new system but then I got cut off!

I would greatly appreciate if someone at Virgin/O2 could resolve this please as I'm in my 70's and don't like chasing around and then being asked for something I don't have. I'm going on holiday abroad very soon and hoped to be able to take advantage of O2's EU calling, data, etc. but at the moment I'm having to keep my old EE contract running as O2 hasn't delivered or been able to assist me.

Sorry to hear that you've not received your O2 SIM from your order. We can check to see what has happened at our side to investigate this further for you.
