Mega Volt bundle - 02 sim card missing!!!!

I have recently purchased the Mega Volt bundle which includes TV/Broadband as well as an O2 sim card for £20/month. 

I am a new customer for both Virgin Media and 02 and have never had a UK phone number before. 

I have only received my broadband and TV package from Virgin media however, I have no information on my 02 contract or SIM card. I have no guidelines regarding what I am supposed to do and I cannot track any order or account. The client service both online and on the phone is either unresponsive or unhelpful and it is getting very hard to get an answer to my situation!! 

Please let me know if there was an error during the booking of the package and the O2 contract did not go through or if I need to separately order my O2 card through another account.

    I have exactly the same issue - please advise on what can be done as the online and call client service is very unhelpful.

      Sorry to hear of the issues experienced with the O2 sim card not being issued to you.

      Can you please confirm if you're Virgin Media contract advises that this is a Volt package?

      This would be an indication of the O2 services being included.

      Have you also been able to discuss this with O2 at all? 

      They would be responsible for the dispatching of the sim card.

  • They've done this to me, too. I signed a contract with them on July 22nd for ultimate volt bundle, which includes an unlimited sim card. Now they're saying that it never did, despite me having screenshots. Virgin media transfer me to o2 and o2 transfer me to virgin media.

    I hope someone on here can help me also my contract recently ran out with virgin media and that included my free 02 sim which was fabulous for the last 18 months, so I cancelled the o2 sim and ported my number to a new network which has all gone over fine I have set up a new Contract with virgin for my tv and broadband and have been signed up to a mega volt with Netflix deal with the retentions team which is perfect for my needs, now here is where the problem starts when I spoke to john at the retentions team to discuss my needs I was told that I would get 6 months disney+,amazon music etc subscription along with my mega volt deal (wow I thought that's great) now a week on I still haven't recieved this so I contacted vm via WhatsApp and told the agent the issues for him to tell me that I need to contact 02 to get this sorted, to which I responded why o2 I'm nothing to do with 02?????? Please see below what was offered to me and what i agreed to

    I was then told the sim card is also included with that deal 😲😲😲😲😲 

    So I'm very confused becuase I've not had anything from 02 whatsoever no sim card no redeem code for amazon music etc
