No/poor signal at rear of house (as checked using the VM scan).
I have 4 02 lines (pay monthly) registered at the same address as my VM broadband.
Why am I not eligible for free pods?
One of the main reasons for opting into VM broadband was the 02 perks, which (for mystery reason) I now find myself ineligible for?!

I'm sorry to hear that there's a dispute with your bundle and there being a cost to the Pods. Can you please expand? How are you going about ordering the Pods and at what point are you informed of a charge? Have you also taken out a Volt bundle or signed up to get the Volt benefits?
