Mega Volt Package - 02 Sim Not Sent

Hi All,

Hoping to see if someone can help me.  Similarly to other customers, I am having real problems receiving my 02 unlimited sim from the volt package as I am an existing O2 customer (the issue seems to be having the same email address on both).

I have spent hours speaking to both O2 and Virgin, O2 say they can't do anything without an order number from Virgin beginning with 'NC' and Virgin say talk to O2 as they can't access O2 systems.

I am caught in a loop, am hoping to get the new sim so I can use it in place of my current O2 contract which is expiring.

    Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
    Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the O2 unlimited Sim
    I'd like to investigate this for you as it sounds like you have been given the runaround.
    If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
    If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
