Access to volt wifi pods

Hi, does anyone know how to access Volt wifi pods after you have done the room scan showing slow wifi speed but the app won't let me order pods to improve my speed?Many thanks all

I’ve not had anything from virgin since joining regards my extra I can’t work out how to contact them to get more info, driving me nuts I want to speak to a human. If someone could point me in the right direction?

T.v. - screen goes black for seconds
