Volt broadband upgrade has not been applied

I was a vigin customer and bopught a sime and ported in my number and was supposwed to get a braodband upgrade - its been weeks and it hasnt happened. I went to the 02 shop and they say they cant do anything its a virgin problem....

Volt not active on Virgin's side

Recieved an email from o2 confirming that Volt was now active on 10/07/23 but is showing Volt Status: Not active on my Virgin Media package page, when I click "Upgrade now" it's trying to make me buy an o2 sim.

It seems that I too have the same problem:  my broadband speed hasn't been increased even though bolt benefits applied and contact details are identical on both sites.  Can anyone help?
